Fuel costs can easily add up, especially if you do a lot of commuting back and forth between home and your workplace. Petrol and diesel prices have been fluctuating wildly recently, so it's important to make sure you get the most bang for your buck when choosing to lease a car.

Nissan is a brand known for their fuel efficiency, having quite a high MPG (miles per gallon) on most of their car models. A higher MPG is preferable as you'll get more miles out of the fuel you buy.

However, with leasing, you don't actually pay anything towards the cost of the car - instead, you're contributing a fee for hiring the car. The other main difference between leasing and finance is that with the latter, you usually buy the car after the time period has ended. When you take on a leasing deal, the car is instead given back at the end of this period, allowing you to pick another new car to drive afterwards.

PCP (personal contract purchase) is another finance option that is sometimes compared to leasing. Once the PCP contract ends, you have two choices. You can either pay the rest of the car off in something known as a 'balloon' payment, or hand the car back without making any further payments.
